Cedar City downtown incentives available

The Cedar City Redevelopment Agency is now offering four grant and incentive programs to boost business in the historic downtown. These grants and incentives are to help attract new businesses and to assist current business and property owners to improve their buildings. These new programs are one-time grants and incentives that address facade and building improvement, lease subsidies, sign improvement, and general downtown improvement with the addition of artistic benches and bicycle racks.
