Utah's governing board for colleges and universities approved two new four-year degrees for Dixie State College on Friday during a meeting of state officials in St. George. The Board of Regents voted to support a criminal science degree and a theater emphasis in the secondary education degree, which increases the number of the school's bachelor's degree offerings to 20.
