St. George Ironman Triathlon expected to boost economy
Tourism officials expect thousands of participants and spectators to descend on Washington County next week for the St. George Ironman triathlon. The triathlon, scheduled for May 1, sold out three months after it was announced, and between 2,000 and 2,500 participants are expected on race day.
