Public Works Director Larry Bulloch said the city has a $21 million grant available for the project, which is expected to widen the parkway from two lanes to four from Bluff Street to Industrial Road. The project will be topped off by a complex, multi-million dollar interchange at the intersection of Red Hills Parkway and Bluff Street. Though the city expects to easily fund the road widening, Bulloch said the interchange may be a different story. The Spectrum
