Motocross racetrack returning to St. George

Motocross racing will return to St. George this fall. Self-financed by Judd Palmer Excavation President Judd Palmer, the 30-acre facility will begin construction within weeks in the Desert Canyons property just south of the St. George Municipal Airport.
