New Harmons store planned, likely in Santa Clara

Harmons Grocery owns property in Santa Clara, a neighboring city to St. George, and has told the Santa Clara City Council in a conference call that the Utah-based chain of grocery stores plans to begin construction of a new store there about a year from now.
