Little Valley will continue to grow

Another series of new housing developments is moving into Little Valley, the fastest-growing of St. George’s pockets of new development. The city council gave the go-ahead last week to zone changes on more than 120 acres in the area, paving the way for several hundred new residences toward the southeastern edge of the valley. The project would include some multi-family housing and other higher-density areas, but the overall average was about 2.5 lots per acre, which fits in with the surrounding development. The Spectrum
