Litehouse expands

Litehouse Foods in Hurricane is cutting the ribbon Wednesday on a 175,000 square foot expansion of its food product manufacturing plant. The company has increased its local employment by 50 percent since 2017, managers say, and the new expansion triples the square footage of the original building. The Spectrum
