Huntsman Senior Games draw large crowds to Washington County
A day after the St. George marathon turned the spotlight on Southern Utah, the Huntsman World Senior Games are bringing even more athletes and spectators to the area. Thousands of senior athletes were in town Sunday to sign in for the games - which officially start today - filling the Dixie Convention Center and adding a little more traffic than usual to the area.“We’ve been really close to 10,000 before, but this year we’re over,” Kyle Case, chief executive officer of the games, said of the crowds.
