Winery set to open doors in Hildale
The Utah Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission approved a winemaking license for Vintage Reserve Estates in Hildale. Five people from Hildale and Colorado City, Arizona, own the business. Vintage Estates has already contracted to buy grapes and will start making red and rosé wines as soon as t receives the license. Vintage plans to sell the wine through the state's alcohol control department. It would be the 14th winery in Utah. Salt Lake Tribune
