Iron County Housing Market Report

A recently-released Iron County report from ERA Brokers for the final six months of 2015 shows:

• New listings are down 3 percent on a year-over basis. 
• Average days on the market dropped 20 percent. 
• At $156, 900, the median sales price is up 14 percent. 
• The months of inventory supply (6.3) is down 27 percent.
