Beaver County Housing Market Report

A recently-released Beaver County report from ERA Brokers for the final six months of 2015 shows:

• New listings are down 18 percent on a year-over basis. 
• Average days on the market increased 21 percent. 
• At $108, 600, the median sales price is down 19 percent. 
• The months of inventory supply (16.6) is down 36 percent.
