The new Holiday Inn St. George Convention Center is located just off the Dixie Drive exit on Interstate 15 and within walking distance of the Dixie Center. The five-story full-service Holiday Inn offers 130 guest rooms. An on-site restaurant, Burger Theory, will serve breakfast and dinner and provide room service.
The opening of the hotel will spur additional development in the area, including a new Hyatt Place hotel and multiple restaurant pads. St. George city officials have targeted the 23-acre area surrounding the Convention Center as a priority for development of an entertainment, dining and shopping district. The Spectrum
