Washington County Housing Market Report

A recently-released Washington County report from ERA Brokers for the final six months of 2015 shows:

  • Inventories are down 17 percent on a year-over basis. 
  • Average days on the market dropped 11 percent. 
  • At $225,600, the median sales price is up 4 percent. 
  • The months of inventory supply (5.2) is down 17 percent.
