Lin's cuts ribbon on new Washington County store, opens its doors

Lin’s Mall Drive grocery store opened to the public at 6 a.m. Saturday, March 19 — two days ahead of schedule — providing easy access to a food outlet for the once-agricultural residences on St. George’s east side and Washington City’s south Fields. The new Lin’s grocery is a 54,000-square-foot store. The store is located on part of a 106-acre parcel designated in recent years for high-use commercial development that could eventually include more retail businesses and office space surrounded by medium-density residential lots.
