Construction has begun on the 123,000 square-foot Smith’s Marketplace at the center of the Dinosaur Crossing shopping development on the southwest corner of Mall and Riverside Drives in St. George.
The marketplace is scheduled to open in early spring 2017, and the investment for the site is close to $21 million. Wadman Corporation is the construction company building the store.
