Ence Homes opens Treasure Valley development in Washington County

WASHINGTON CITY - Ence Homes celebrated its plans for new growth in Washington Fields with a grand opening Saturday at the Treasure Valley community. Treasure Valley is a 161-lot community with a 5-acre city-maintained park at the southeastern edge of the fields, near Staheli Farms on 3650 South.

About 20 of the lots are already developed in the first phase. The remaining lots will be built in four phases with 12 models ranging in size from 1,528 square feet to 3,500 square feet. Prices range from just shy of $175,000 to somewhere in the neighborhood of $260,000.

The homes were designed to exceed the Unified Builders Code's standards for energy efficiency by 30 to 50 percent. The Spectrum
